A clear view on Freud’s Toys

…The architect’s aim was to show  the exhibits without being visually detracted. Therefore the  materials used for the showcases and all security features had to be moved into the background. An aim that has definitely succeeded.  The constructions made of translucent paper honeycombs with wooden and glass elements seem almost invisible to the spectator.  The modular showcase system, which was developed specially for this exhibition, can be lined up in any  size, is easy to be built up and therefore ideal for being reused..
