The building is situated on the banks of the Inn river. Each apartment has a balcony and large windows that allow a breathtaking view over the river and the old castle opposite – also for the lower floors, due to the raised ground floor level. The upstream balconies also offer protection against views from the outside.

The six apartments for assisted living are located in the ground floor. With the elevator people with disabilities can reach the other units and of course the large communal terrace on the curved roof without any barriers.

The different types of apartment offer all possibilities for living together of different social groups.
