How can old and new substance complement each other to create highest quality of living?
Solution
The house was designed by a Loos-student, so the old structure should be preserved and missing parts, like communication with the outside, should be completed with new, modern structures. For this it was necessary to open the building towards the garden with a glassed cube. Inside a spiralled stairway connects the floors.
