Solution
The residential complex with 24 subject-subsidized and 4 privately financed apartments consists of one building corpus with one underground and four above-ground floors.
The east-west-oriented building is located on the Inn in the immediate vicinity of the center and is designed as a passive house system.
Access to the building with 28 underground parking spaces is via Münchner Straße.
The apartments have terraces or balconies, depending on the floor location.
The building has two staircases, each with a lift for barrier-free access to all apartments.
